Building Code Order 1968
The National Building Code Order of 1968, also referred to as the Local Government (Adoptive By-Laws) (Building) Order 1968 was, until recently the existing national framework published by the Minister for Local Government, IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 210 of the Local Government Regulations 1963. The By-Laws set out in this Order were the adoptive building by-laws the municipalities or county council adopted as the National Building Code.
